Don't misuse the App, attempt to break or reverse-engineer it, or post unlawful, harmful, or harassing content in community features. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
You own the content you create (journal, photos, posts). You grant us a limited license to store and display it to operate the App. You're responsible for content you share in community features.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months.
We may update the App and these Terms. We may suspend or end the service. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
